About us

Consolidated Trailers, Inc. (CTI) is a Veteran-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business and national federal equipment integrator, delivering transportation, construction, and mission-specific equipment solutions to government agencies and commercial fleets nationwide. Since 1990, CTI has evolved from a regional supplier into a full-scale integration partner—combining equipment sourcing, engineering, and procurement expertise to deliver complete, ready-to-deploy assets.

CTI was originally founded to support Port of Baltimore repair facilities with replacement chassis components. As demand expanded, the company grew into full equipment sales, becoming a licensed Maryland Motor Vehicle Dealer in 1993 and establishing its first major OEM dealership by 1995. Over the following decades, CTI built a broad network of manufacturer relationships across trailers, truck chassis, and vocational platforms—forming the foundation for the integrated solutions we deliver today.

Today, CTI operates across multiple mission-critical equipment categories, supporting requirements in transportation, construction, material handling, infrastructure support, and specialized operational systems. Through direct OEM partnerships, we deliver trailers, vocational and medium- and heavy-duty truck platforms, construction equipment, terminal tractors, material handling equipment, and fully integrated, purpose-built systems. Our approach extends beyond equipment supply to engineered solutions—integrating chassis, bodies, components, and specialty equipment into unified, application-specific configurations designed to meet real-world operational demands.

As an integration partner, CTI serves as a single point of accountability across the entire acquisition lifecycle—from specification development and configuration through contract alignment and delivery execution—ensuring every asset is compliant, properly configured, and operationally ready upon delivery.

Government and military contracting are central to our operations. CTI is an active GSA Multiple Award Schedule holder and supports federal, state, and local agencies through GSA, DLA, and other procurement channels. Our team is experienced in navigating complex solicitations, regulatory requirements, and acquisition strategies, enabling efficient procurement while maintaining strict compliance and performance standards.

By combining decades of industry experience with an integration-driven model, CTI delivers capabilities that extend well beyond traditional dealers or distributors. We do not supply equipment as standalone components—we deliver complete, mission-ready solutions engineered for performance, compliance, and execution.
